BID open meeting and AGM on March 17

Feb 25, 2022
1 min read

Newport Now BID is staging its first in-person open meeting since the start of the Covid pandemic.

It will take place at the newly-refurbished Newport Market on Thursday, March 17, starting at 5.30pm. The meeting will incorporate the formal annual general meeting of the BID company for 2022 (the formal notice of AGM and agenda can be found here).

The meeting is open to all BID levy payers and will feature presentations from Newport Now, a representative from Gwent Police, and Newport City Council leader Councillor Jane Mudd. There will be a question and answer session after each presentation.

There will be an opportunity for BID members to sample some of the food and drink on offer at Newport Market, and a chance to look around Europe's biggest indoor market regeneration project.

To help us with catering numbers, please email kevin@kevinwardmedia.com if you will be attending the open meeting.

We look forward to seeing you on March 17.
