Free expert digital training for your business

Newport Now BID, in partnership with Newport City Council, has secured funding from Welsh Government's Transforming Towns initiative to deliver a digital training project for our levy payers.

Grow Digital will be delivered by the Alacrity Foundation, based in Newport city centre, and will support you to create a digital sales and marketing strategy for your business.

The programme is designed and delivered by practitioners who understand what it takes to use digital skills to take a business to the next level.

Grow Digital will focus on areas such as content marketing, search engine optimisation, paid advertising and social media marketing but will provide training tailored to the needs of your business.

There are a limited number of places available for the training programme and you can find out more and apply to take part by clicking here.

The training is available exclusively to Newport Now BID levy payers. Please note you must be up to date with your levy payments to apply.

Applications are open now and the programme will run until the end of March. Training sessions will take place at Alacrity House (next door to the Riverfront Theatre).

You don't have to have any digital skills or knowledge to take part. A time commitment of 2-3 hours a week is required for successful applicants.
