The NSPCC is launching a pilot project in Newport next month, and free training is available for you and your staff.
The Listen Up Speak Up campaign aims to create a city of safeguarders among people who may not work directly with children or families, but who might encounter them regularly through their business or organisation.
There are two ways to get involved, and they’re both absolutely free.
Firstly, the NSPCC can present an hour-long workshop to your staff any time between January and mid-February.
Alternatively, there is a very short digital training course which will help you identify signs of child neglect or abuse in the community and empower you to know who to turn to and how to raise concerns with someone who can help.
Information on how to book a workshop is in the attached image.
