Giveaways, entertainment & special offers on Small Business Saturday

We're partnering with Newport City Council & others at the weekend to mark Small Business Saturday.

Some lucky visitors to the city centre on Saturday will be handed Newport Now gift cards worth between £10 and £100 to spend at just some of our fantastic independent businesses.

Newport music legend Benji Webbe, the cast of the city's panto Dick Whittington, and Food Festival mascot Chef Broccoli are leading the giveaways.

Also on Saturday, there is the Newport Now Christmas street market at Westgate Square, Winter Wonderland, Santa's Grotto and a Christmas market in Kingsway, Santa's Workshop in Friars Walk, a Christmas market in Newport Arcade, free parking in council car parks, and Family for £5 on Newport Bus.
