Urban Beach opens tomorrow!

Last year's Newport Now BID Urban Beach. We're back open tomorrow.

This year's Newport Now BID Urban Beach, delivered in partnership with Newport City Council Newport Live & Friars Walk Newport, opens at 9am tomorrow (July 30) in John Frost Square.

The beach will be open 9am-5pm every day up to and including September 1st.

Some things to remember if you're visiting:

▶️9am-10am every day is a designated 'quiet hour' to make the beach as inclusive as possible.

▶️Deck chairs, buckets & spades are on site, along with a giant deck chair and a peep-through board - perfect for selfies.

▶️In hot weather, make sure you have water and sun cream - there are plenty of places nearby to purchase these.

▶️Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

▶️Have a great time!
