Your invite to the BID's AGM & latest open meeting

The 2026 Newport Now BID annual general meeting will take place on Thursday, March 12.

The meeting - which is open to all BID levy payers - will take place at the Mercure Newport on Upper Dock Street. The latest BID open meeting will follow the AGM.

There will be welcome drinks on arrival from 5.30pm, with the AGM starting at 6pm prompt. The open meeting will follow at the close of the AGM. We expect the evening as a whole to run until approximately 8pm.

The open meeting will give you the opportunity to hear about the BID's progress during the 2025/26 financial year, and our plans for 2026/27, and there will also be updates from Gwent Police and Newport City Council on their work and priorities in the city centre.

You'll have the chance to ask questions after each update.
